It was a cold night in the cave. Mr Slime and Miss Chicken were freezing and huddled together. Miss Chicken was constantly complaining but Mr Slime was repeatedly comforting Miss Chicken. But all of a sudden the roof of the cave started to leak and then the cave started to collapse. Mr Slime and Miss Chicken quickly got up and started to run.
Running and running no matter how far they ran the roof keeped on collapsing above them and then Mr Slime had a BIG BRAIN IDEA he grabbed Miss Chicken and started to run the way that they were just at. Miss Chicken had no idea what was happening but she went along with it anyway. Once they had gotten back to where they just were then Miss Chicken realized what Mr Slime was doing.
Mr Slime had thought that maybe the cave had collapsed in on itself just enough to escape and it had and luckily there was a boat waiting for them. Once they had leaped onto the boat and started to sail away the cave collapsed on itself fully. While that was happening Mr Slime and Miss Chicken were on their way to homebase they just then remembered why they were there it was to grab a treasure chest that their pirate captain had told them to get and then they realised that they were going to be in big trouble. Once they got back to homebase they told the captain what happened and he didn't seem pleased at first but once he had heard the whole story he was just happy that his crew made it away in time.
